SafeGreece 2021 is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming virual environment for all meeting participants.
Extended Abstract should be written according to the relevant guideline and its submission presupposes presupposes the Review Fee payment, covering the Conference Registration Fee at the same time. For extended abstract submission and registration, a single form is available on the front page of the Conference's website.
All in-time submitted abstracts will be reviewed before their acceptance, acceptance with revising tips or rejection. Possible rejection does not imply registration and review fee refound.
Both, the conference agenda and abstract issue will include all the accepted abstracts.
Conference registration is a prerequisite for any form of participation with the exception of committee members.
SafeGreece 2021 is committed to include the registered participants submitted and accepted extended abstracts to the conference proceedings issue.
Safe Greece reserves the right to video-audio record the event. By accepting the terms of use, participants consent to this recording.

To include you in SafeGreece 2021 attendees in procedures before, during and after the Conference and share with you the Conference Proceedings.
To include you in SafeGreece 2021 Speakers / Poster authors and allow the Scientific Committee to review your presentation and -in case it will be needed- to communicate with you purposing possible improvements.
To assist in your participation in SafeGreece 2021 and SafeGreece activities. SafeGreece 2021 or SafeGreece will communicate with you, if you are participating in certain SafeGreece activities such as SafeGreece conferences, field trips, authoring or reviewing an SafeGreece speech or poster or any other kind of SafeGreece activities.
